The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced an application for leave to withdraw the writ petition which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in Court seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to file an application for regularization.

2. The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that if any regularization application is filed the competent authority shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
