On instructions, Mr Prasad for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. He states that certain criminal proceedings are being initiated in the courts in Gurgaon. Leave granted with liberty as prayed.

It is clarified that the liberty granted will include filing of a fresh application on the same cause of action, if permissible in law. The Company Application No 19 of 2017 is also disposed of accordingly.
