2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that in view of the order passed by this Court today in M.C.A.No.989 of 2018, the Contempt Petition may be disposed of.

3. Since this Court has already taken a prima facie view in the order passed by this Court today in M.C.A. No.989 of 2018, that no contempt is committed by the Applicant of the interim

CP/22/2018 order passed by this Court, we are not inclined to pass any order for taking action against the Applicant under the Provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Contempt Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
