2. This is an application to stay the operation of the impugned award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal dated 21.01.2015 to the extent the liability has been put on the appellants. As the appeal has been admitted, the operation of the impugned award dated 21.01.2015 to that extent is stayed, subject to the applicants depositing in this Court the total amount payable by the applicants in the impugned award within four weeks from today. In case, the amount is deposited, Registry shall invest such amount in a fixed deposit of a Nationalised Bank initially for a period of one year and the same shall be renewed from time to time, until the

CA/159/2015 disposal of the above appeal.
