Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants.

2. Shri Afonso, learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that the vehicle insured is not involved in the accident and the learned Tribunal has held the applicants liable for payment of the compensation amount.

3. The execution and operation of the award, as against the applicants is stayed, on depositing the amount of compensation as determined by the learned Tribunal, within a period of four weeks.

4. The application stands disposed of.
