On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, no case for interference is made out in the impugned order, directing the petitioner to deposit the arrears of license fee amounting to Rs.3,99,000/-. That apart, the petitioner has deposited the entire amount before this Court on 20.09.2017.

2. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of. The amount of Rs.3,99,000/- lying before this Court to be paid to the respondent along with interest, if any.
