Learned Additional Government Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that the Show Cause notice which is pending before the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Officer, Bardez under Section 33 of the Land Revenue Code on the basis of the complaint made by the Petitioner, will be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of four weeks. 3. The Deputy Collector is directed to inspect the premises in question. If it is noticed that the establishments are not having a licence for running the business in premises in question, it is expected that appropriate action is taken against them. All contentions are kept open.
