Heard Shri Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Dattaprasad Lawande, learned AG with Ms. P.Sawant, learned AGA for the respondent nos. 1 to 3.
2. The relief sought in the application is for releasing of the salary on the ground that the petitioner has been relieved from service of the respondent no.4.
3. During the course of hearing of the above petition, the learned Advocate General places on record the order dated 15.6.2017 whereby the relieving order dated 15th March, 2017 has been withdrawn. The said letter is taken on record and
MCA/407/2017 marked "X" for identification. The learned Advocate General also states that the salary payable to the petitioner would be released by the respondent no.4 within two weeks from today.
4. In view of the submission of learned Advocate General and in view of the said order placed on record, nothing survives in the application and it stands disposed of accordingly. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
