In the course of arguments it was suggested that the matter could be disposed off finally. Accordingly, the respondents no.1 are directed to furnish a Bank Guarantee in the amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/ (Rupees one crore only) to which learned Advocate Shri M. S. Bandokar, has no serious objection till the disposal of the matter before the learned Industrial Tribunal. Appeal stands disposed off accordingly.
2. Shri Costa Frias, learned Counsel submits that the Bank Guarantee shall continue in operation till the determination of the proceedings before the learned Industrial Tribunal.
3. Hence, the Bank Guarantee to continue to remain in force till the disposal of the appeal before the learned Industrial Tribunal.
