Heard Shri A. D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Shri Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

2. This is an application for appointment of Arbitrator under Section 11(60 of the Arbitration Act. It is not in dispute that there is an Arbitration Clause in the Agreement executed between the parties and that there is a dispute to be adjudicated.

3. Both the learned Counsel agree that, upon instructions, Shri R. G. Ramani, Advocate, having office at Panaji, be appointed as a sole Arbitrator.

4. Hence, Shri R. G. Ramani, Advocate, having office at Panaji, has been appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.
