The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the subject construction which was directed to be demolished has been removed by the petitioner on his own accord. The petitioner has produced photographs of the site where the constructions was standing, copies of which are furnished to the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent/Village Panchayat states that on the basis of the statement and the photographs furnished, this Court may pass appropriate orders a may be deemed just and necessary.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and as there is a

WP/485/2016 solemn statement on behalf of the petitioner which is supported by the photographs about removal of the subject construction, nothing survives in this petition, as the order of demolition dated 6/3/2013 has been carried into effect.
