Heard Mr. Shivan Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. D. Lawande, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondents.

2. The grievance of the Petitioners is that an application filed by the Petitioners dated 18.01.2017 before the Respondent no. 2, has not yet been disposed of.

3. Learned Advocate General submits that said application shall be disposed of within three weeks from today in accordance with law.

4. In view of the said statement, Shri Shivan Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition by keeping all the contentions of the Petitioners open.

5. The Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. All the contentions of the Petitioners are left open.

6. Authenticated copy of this Order be issued to the parties in accordance with law.
