The order is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to pass appropriate orders, if they so desire, in accordance with law. 3rd July, 2023

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that the complainant who filed the complaint is not residing in the vicinity which was the cause for initiating the proceedings. If that is so, even this position will have to be considered by the authorities before passing a fresh order.
