During the course of hearing of the above petition, Mr. Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General has placed on record a Show Cause Notice dated 20th June, 2017 issued to the respondents No.6 to 10 and further points out that the show cause notice shall be disposed of within six weeks from today. The show cause notice is marked "X" for identification.
2. In view of the said show cause notice, marked "x" for identification, the grievance of the petitioner stands presently redressed. It is, however, made clear that we have not examined the veracity or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition and, as such, all contentions of the parties, are left open to be
