Mr. Kantak submits that the office objections were raised in the main matter, however, there was some delay in approaching the Registry, which was not deliberate. He submits that all the objections are already cleared except the objection regarding the paper size. He undertakes to clear the objection with regard to the A4 paper size also within two weeks.

2. Accordingly, the Revision stands allowed. The impugned order dated 12.04.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. The learned Counsel for the Applicant shall clear the office objection with regard to the paper size within two weeks from today. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
