Considering the averments in this application, the same is allowed

13 MCA 334-2023 in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as follows:- "(a) The Applicants be permitted to amend the cause title by adding the word "since deceased" after the name of Appellant and join the legal representatives referred to in para 3 hereinabove as Respondent nos.1(a) to 1(d)."

Ms A. Fernandes states that necessary amendment to the cause title will be carried out within a week from today. She further states that she will appear on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant.
