Shri Agni, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions from the Petitioner and, according to him, though a notice for withdrawal of the Wakalatnama was issued to the concerned Petitioner, the notice was returned by the postal authorities with a remark "intimated" and "unclaimed". Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has no instructions. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested to proceed with the above Petition.
2. Hence, Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
