REGISTRAR'S ORDER This application is to serve the respondent no.5(A) by substituted service i.e. by way of publication of notice in the newspaper. The application is supported by an affidavit. On perusal of the bailiff report dated 22.02.2019 in Misc. Civil Appln. No.921/2018, it reveals that while serving the notice, the bailiff received information from the neighbour of the respondent no. 5(A) that the respondent no.5(A) has left the address i.e. Alto Porvorim, Bardez, long back and presently he resides at Pune/Maharashtra. But, his detail address is not known to the applicant. In Misc. Civil Appln. No. 921/18, the Ld. Advocate for the applicant stated before the Hon'ble Court that he will file an application for substituted service by way of publication. In view of the said submission, applicant has filed this application for publication.

The applicant requests for issuing notice by publishing it, in daily newspaper widely circulated in Pune District, Maharashtra, but it is pertaining to note that the address of Alto Porvorim is the last known address. So the notice is required to be published at both the places in Goa as well as in Pune (Maharashtra).

Therefore, in view of the above observation, I am satisfied that the notice to respondent no.5(A) will not served by ordinary means. Hence, issue notice to respondent no.5(A) by publishing it, in the daily newspaper widely circulated in Goa as well as in Pune(Maharashtra).
