2. Perused the application. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount awarded by this Court in First Appeal No. 223/2009 by Judgment and order dated 2/12/2014.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Registry is directed to calculate the amount payable to the applicant as per the award after deducting the amount actually paid to the applicant and allow the applicant to withdraw the amount due to the applicant. The balance amount, if any, shall be refunded to the GIDC.
