1. Registry to waive objections and register the matter.

2. Mr. A. F. Diniz, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner makes a statement on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court that the original documents (Deed of Sale dated 27.01.2016 under Registration No. 232/2016, Stamp Duty Challan dated 27.01.2016, Conversion Order dated 20.10.2016 and the survey record in form 7/12 dated 17.10.2016) have been handed over to the Petitioner.

3. Mr. Timble, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent, submits that the Petitioner has acknowledged receipt of the originals of these documents by affixing his signature on communication dated 04.07.2025, a copy of which is placed on record.

4. Mr. A. F. Diniz, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, makes a statement on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, that since the reliefs in the petition have worked out and there is no further cause to maintain the case, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted.

5. It is further stated by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that Special Civil Suit. No. 11/2024/B, pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division 'B' Court at Panaji, as a consequence of the withdrawal of this petition and since the Petitioner does not press for any claim therein, shall be withdrawn by the afternoon session of the day.

6. Statements made by the parties are accepted. Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Special Civil Suit No. 11/2024/B shall be withdrawn by the Petitioner during the course of the day. The learned Civil Judge Senior Division, 'B' Court, is requested to take the said suit on Board and permit the Plaintiff therein to withdraw the said suit and record such withdrawal/disposal. The parties undertake to keep their

respective Counsels present before the Civil Court at 2.30 p.m. today i.e. on 04.07.2025.
