Mr. Frias, learned counsel for the original Petitioner states that he has no objection if the Village Panchayat of Chimbel is directed to consider and dispose of the application dated 21.02.2019 filed by the Applicant in accordance with law and after considering the compliance of necessary mandatory conditions prescribed under various provisions of law. The statement is accepted.

The Village Panchayat of Chimbel is directed to consider the said application in accordance with law and after considering the fact that the requisite provisions of law are complied with by the Applicant. The said application shall be disposed of within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The copy of the order that shall be passed by the Village Panchayat shall be served upon the Applicant within one week from the date of passing the order.

3. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in terms of prayer clause (B).

4. The parties to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
