By this application, the applicants/original respondents in Writ Petition have prayed for extension of time for disposal of the application for temporary injunction pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Bicholim.

2. By order dated 9/05/2014, the learned Single Judge allowed the Writ Petition and directed the learned Civil Judge to decide the application for temporary injunction within a period of four weeks.

3. The learned Counsel for the applicants states that he will take instructions as to whether the application for temporary injunction has been disposed off as directed.

4. The present application is filed on 12/06/2014. However, Registry has placed a communication received from the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division dated 21/06/2014 that the application for temporary injunction was disposed off within four weeks from the appearance of the parties.

5. In view of this report, nothing survives in this application which is accordingly disposed off.
