2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that Mr.S. Naik, learned Advocate who was not representing the applicant when the order dated 30.4.2015 passed by this Court. Mr. S. Naik, learned counsel is the junior Advocate of Mr. S. Desai, learned Advocate who has already withdrawn his vakalatnama from the proceedings. Therefore, apparently, it seems that there was a mistake while passing the order in reference to the name of the Advocate.

3. Hence, application is allowed. Order dated 30.4.2015 passed by this Court is recalled.

4. Application stands disposed of.
