On 29.02.2024, this Court has admitted the Appeal after granting leave to Appeal.

The Appeal was filed challenging the order passed by the learned Magistrate thereby acquitting Respondent No. 1 for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

The concerned officer of the Appellant is present in the Court and submits that the entire loan amount is cleared, which includes the cheque amount and accordingly, nothing survives in the present Appeal.

Accordingly, permission granted to withdraw the present Appeal. The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
