2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 1263 days caused for filing an revision application against the order passed by Registrar of this Court dated 20.10.2011. According to the learned counsel appearing for the applicant delay is caused as the earlier Advocate of the applicant retired from the proceedings and withdrew his vakalatnama. The applicant is badly injured in the accident and his leg is amputate.

3. In such circumstances, in the interest of justice and for the reasons stated in the application, delay caused in filing the revision application is hereby condoned.
