This is an application for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 16.03.2017. In the operative part of the said judgment, by inadvertence the words "as against the petitioner" have remained to be inserted after the words Additional Sessions Judge, North Goa, Mapusa. The words "as against the petitioner" to be added on the 4th line of para 5(i) after the words Additional Sessions Judge, North Goa, Mapusa. Registry to carry out the amendment accordingly.
