Mr. Dhargalkar has placed on record a show cause notice issued by Respondent No.1 to Respondent No.2 in pursuance of the complaint made by the Petitioner.

Now that Respondent No.1 has initiated action in the matter, Mr. Noronha quite fairly submits that these Petitions may be disposed of.

Accordingly, we dispose of Writ Petitions No.45/2021 and 46/2021 with a direction to Respondent No.1 Village Panchayat to dispose of the show cause notice within a reasonable period and that too after due compliance with the principles of natural justice and fair play.
