It is submitted that in the connected Writ Petition bearing No.638/2018, similar orders have been passed allowing the application to bring the legal representatives on record of the very same deceased Respondent No.1. Since the Respondent has no objection to the granting of the application, the same is allowed. The cause title to be amended within a week. Learned Advocate for the Respondents submits that he would file a Wakalatnama for Respondent Nos.1(b) and 1(c) who are the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.1, within two weeks.
