Mr. Noronha, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition in view of certain subsequent developments. He points out that the learned Single Judge of this Court has already stayed the action proposed against Respondent No.2.

Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw this Petition, with

liberty to take further steps, if and when any cause of action accrues. 3.

Mr. Amonkar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 places on record the order of the learned Single Judge granting stay in this matter. The same is taken on record.
