Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. By an order dated 25.2.2016, the parties had settled the matter by compounding the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The applicant-accused came to be acquitted of the offence under the said Act, with a direction to deposit Rs.20,000/- with the Goa State Legal Services Authority. It was, inter alia directed that respondent no.2 was permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited in this Court and Rs.50,000 deposited in the Sessions Court. The figure "50,000" reflected in the order dated 25.2.2016 is in view of the consent terms. It is submitted that inadvertently it was mentioned as

CRMA/201/2017 50,000 whereas in fact the amount deposited in the Sessions Court was Rs.47,500. The parties now by filing another consent terms which is taken on record and marked as "Y" for identification, seek to rectify the same.

3. The figure "50,000" mentioned in the order dated 25th February 2016 be corrected as "47,500". The order to be corrected accordingly. The corrected order may be uploaded.

4. Application stands disposed of.
