By this application the applicant seeks to serve respondents Nos. 1 to 3 on their new addresses in the town/city of Bangalore by publishing in the news paper "The New Indian Express" instead of "Kannadaprabha", which has stopped publication.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that before publication, the applicant seeks to serve the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 at the new addresses at Bangalore as well as to serve the Counsel in Goa. Permission is granted to serve accordingly.

3. Applicant shall file an affidavit of service in support of the

MCA/463/2019 same.

4. Application stands disposed of.
