Date:- 21st June, 2019 ORAL ORDER : (Per S.C. Gupte, J.) This Civil Application is for clarification of an order passed on 10/07/2018 disposing of the Writ Petition. 2.

When the Writ Petition came up for admission before this Court, learned Counsel for the petitioner withdrew the petition on the ground that the petitioner would instead approach the State Government with a representation in respect of her grievance. The petition was accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is obvious that the Court did not decide the rival contentions of the parties and instead left these to be decided when the petitioner's representation

mca no.464 of 2019 in wp no.867 of 2017 was considered by the State Government. Accordingly, it is clarified that the issues and contentions raised in the petition were kept open whilst disposing of the Writ Petition on 10/07/2018.
