Heard Ms T. Mashelkar for the applicants and Mr Ajay Borkar for respondent no.9.

At Ms Mashelkar's request, leave is granted to correct the typographical errors in paragraph 14 of the civil application. She points out that the correct date in lines 2 and 4 is 29.05.2022 and not 29.05.2023. Accordingly, leave is granted. Correction to be carried out forthwith.

Considering the reasons set out in the civil application and the fact that the applicants are entitled to the benefit of Hon'ble 2nd MAY 2024

9-MCA-566-2023.DOC Supreme Court's order in Suo Moto Writ Petition No.03/2020 (extension of limitation period due to Covid'19 Pandemic), delay in bringing the legal representatives of the first respondent on record is hereby condoned. Abatement if any, is set aside. Leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives referred to in paragraph 5 of this application.

Ms Mashelkar states that necessary steps including the amendment would be carried out before 19.05.2024. She states that even process fees and copies will be supplied before 10.05.2024 so that notices can be served upon the legal representatives. The Registry to issue notices to the legal representatives.
