1. Heard learned Counsel Shri A.D. Bhobe for the Applicant. We have perused the order dated 4/9/2023 in disposed of Writ Petition No. 401/2022. As per the action plan submitted, the Asst. Director of Education, Central Educational Zone, Panaji, has offered his final remarks, after due inspection, that the School is fit to reopen to its students.

2. We have perused the inspection report. Considering the opinion 27th June, 2024

MCA 243 of 2024 of the Asst. Director of Education, Central Educational Zone, Panaji certifying that the School is fit to reopen for its students, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

3. In view of the final remarks of the Asst. Director of Education, the show cause notice dated 5/6/2024 stands discharged.

4. The Application is disposed of.
