1. In pursuance of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Court, the site inspection report dated 22.04.2025 is filed by the ISLR confirming that there exists a 6 metres wide road and carriage width of more than 3.50metres in the existing construction in Survey no.10/13,14 and 10/4(part) plot - B at Marra Village, Pilerne Bardez Taluka.

2. In the wake of the specific stand of the Respondent No.2 in paragraph 14 of the affidavit-in-reply dated 04.10.2024, in terms of the 12th June, 2025

PILWP 37 of 2024 direction issued by this Court, which is confirmed in the site inspection report, nothing survives in the present PIL Petition and the same stands disposed of.
