At the outset, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner stated that the subject matter of this writ petition is already engaging attention of this Court at Bombay in a bunch of writ petitions, leading writ petition being Writ Petition No. 986/2019 (Siemens Ltd. vs. The Union of India and Ors). He has also drawn our attention to an order dated 24/8/2023, passed by this Court at Bombay in the said bunch of Petitions.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances and also in order to avoid plurality of Judgments, we think it appropriate that this Petition may be heard along with the bunch of writ petitions being heard by this Court at Bombay. 4.

Accordingly, let this Petition be transferred, tagged and heard with the aforementioned bunch of writ petitions, after obtaining requisite orders from the Chief Justice.
