In view of the bailiff report of Thakepur, U.P, notice could not be served on respondent no.3, as he could not found and Bailiff has also approached to gram pradhan of village. Considering reasons mentioned in the application, notice by publication in the local newspaper of Uttar Pradesh is allowed. The Applicants to deposit the process fees in the Judicial section. The applicants to take steps within two weeks. The matter be placed before the Registrar Board after two months. Hence, this application is disposed off.
