2. This is an application to stay the operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 19/01/2016. The appeal has been admitted. Hence, the operation of the impugned judgment and decree is stayed subject to the applicant depositing in this Court the decreetal amount within eight weeks from today. After such deposit, the Registry shall invest the said amount in a fixed deposit in any nationalized bank initially for a period of one year and the same shall be renewed from time to time till disposal of the above appeal.
