2. The petitioners who are the convicts in a N.D.P.S. case had filed an appeal, which is rejected under the order dated 21.11.2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), for non compliance of certain office objections.

3. In as much as, the appeal was rejected before registration, no formal notice need be issued in the matter.

4. I have perused the nature of the objections. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners are in Jail and looking to the nature of the objections, the following order is passed:-

CRIR/50/2015 (a) The revision application is allowed.

(b) The order dated 21.11.2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is set aside.

(c) The criminal appeal shall be registered, subject to the petitioners removing all the office objections by 30.06.2015.

5. The application stands disposed of.
