A joint pursis is filed on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent no.1 which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view of the said pursis which shall form an integral part of the proceedings, the revision stands disposed off. The applicant shall pay 15% of the cheque amount in the Registry within four weeks from today. The amount of ₹2,21,000/- deposited before this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the respondent no.1. In view thereof the impugned judgment and sentence is quashed and set aside and the accused is acquitted.
