2. The parties seek to withdraw the Consent Terms dated 22.08.2024 filed in Appeal From Order No.1164/2024(F). The parties to the Consent Terms are the Appellants and Respondents in the Appeal except for now deleted Respondent No.7. As requested by the parties who have recorded their consent through this joint application, the Consent Terms dated 22.08.2024 executed by them in the Appeal stands withdrawn.

4. Consequently, the order dated 29.08.2024 disposing of the Appeal in terms of the Consent Terms stands recalled. Since the consequence of the recall of order dated 29.08.2024 and Consent Terms dated 22.08.2024 would result in the Appeal being revived, learned Senior Advocate Mr. Sardessai, on instructions from the Power of Attorney of the Appellants Mrs. Kirti Karwal, who is present in the Court, seeks to withdraw the Appeal. The Respondent Nos.1 to 6 are represented by their Power of Attorney Mr. Mario Savio Ignatius Dsa, who is personally present in Court and on whose instructions the learned Advocate Ms. Annelise Fernandes appearing for them has recorded no objection to withdrawal of the Consent Terms and the Appeal.
