2. Basically this is an Application for grant of early hearing of Writ Petition No. 117 of 2012, which is admitted on 24.01.2013. It is submitted that the parties pertaining to this Petition are senior citizens and even otherwise, the Petition is of the year 2012.

3. Accordingly, place Writ Petition No. 117 of 2012 for final disposal from the week commencing from 18.11.2024 [High on Board]. The Application stands disposed of.
