Date:- 8th JULY, 2019 ORAL ORDER : (Per S. C. GUPTE, J.) This Writ Petition has sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to remove illegal encroachments on public footpath outside Cecol Agnelo Wine Store, situated near Hotel Mandovi, Panaji-Goa.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 produces on record a communication dated 05/07/2019 of Municipal Inspectors and others confirming that the objects lying on the footpath and causing obstruction, which are listed in the communication, have been confiscated and the

wp no.458 of 2019 obstruction has been cleared. Accordingly, the petitioner's grievance has been fully redressed and the petition is disposed of after noting the communication referred to above. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
