These two petitions are filed by the employer and the workmen. During the pendency of these petitions, the parties have settled their inter se dispute by executing Consent Terms. 2.

The Consent Terms are handed over and they are taken on record to be marked as 'X'.

In view of the said Consent Terms, the petitioners in both these Writ Petitions are withdrawing the petitions.

4.

Accordingly, the Consent Terms in both these petitions are taken on record and the Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.

5.

The parties shall abide by the Consent Terms executed between them. In view of the withdrawal of the Writ Petitions and in view of the aforesaid Consent Terms, the Bank Guarantee dated 12/04/2016 for an amount of 62,72,996/- furnished by ₹ the petitioners in Writ Petition No.486 of 2015 for the year 11/04/2021 to 11/04/2024 shall stand released. 6.
