On 10.08.2021, we made the following order in this application:- "1. Having regard to the antecedents in the matter, it would be expedient that Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

2. Put up Writ Petition for final hearing on 4.10.2021 along with MCA no. 136 of 2021."

Now that we propose to place the petition for final hearing in the 29th April 2024

908 MCA-136-2021.DOC week commencing from 10.06.2024, there is no need to keep this MCA pending.

Accordingly, we dispose of this Misc. Civil Application by directing that Writ Petition No.427/2019 be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 10.06.2024.

At Mr Rao's request, however, we grant the Applicant who is the Respondent in the main petition, leave to file additional affidavit for placing on record all that is stated in the Misc. Civil Application and for producing the documents annexed to the Misc. Civil Application. Mr Rao states that such affidavit will be filed within two weeks by giving copies to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
