REGISTRAR'S ORDER The Notices to respondent nos. 1(c) & 1(d) were sent to the District Court, Pune. From the bailiff report dated 17.02.2018, it reveals that the said respondents resides at New Delhi. Therefore the notices were sent to the Delhi, but those are returned unserved with the bailiff report that they have left that address and are residing elsewhere which is not known. According to the appellant that is the last known address and appellant do not know any other address. The said respondents cannot be served in ordinary way or by any other way, so the appellants prays to issue notices to respondent nos. 1(c) & 1(d) by way of substituted service by publishing it in the newspaper which is widely circulated in New Delhi i.e. on last known address. Application is supported by an Affidavit.

The bailiff report fortifies the contention of the appellant. Hence, the application is allowed. Hence, issue notices as prayed in Para 6 of the application by mentioning the address mentioned in Para 3 of the application. Appellant to pay the process fees and collect the notice of publication and bear the publication charges.
