The above Petition, inter alia, seeks direction to the Respondent to decide the application filed by the Petitioner seeking NOC for water connection. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent, has brought to our notice the Order dated 07.06.2016 on the subject application filed by the Petitioner. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X" for identification.

2. In view of the above, the above Petition has become infructuous. Needless to say, the Petitioner, if so advised, is at liberty to challenge the said Order in accordance to law.

3. Petition stands accordingly dismissed as infructuous with liberty as above.
