M I N U T E S The First appeal is settled as follows:- The appellant/Government will pay to the respondent compensation at the rate of Rs.300/- per sq. mt. with all statutory benefits upto the date of deposit of the compensation before the High Court with proportionate accrued interest, if any, from the date of the deposit. There will no further claim at the rate of 15% from the date of the
