After this matter was argued for some time Mr. Usgaonkar, learned Senior Counsel based on instructions from the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file the appeal under Section 25 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010. Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

The learned Advocate General makes a statement that the demolition order dated 29/01/2021 issued by GCZMA will not be implemented for a period of four weeks from today. However, if within this period of four weeks there is no interim relief obtained by the petitioners, then, this demolition order will be executed in accordance with law. This statement is accepted.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
