It is pointed out by the learned Advocate General that taking note of the nature of the concerned Society, the question of reservation as proposed in the Election Notice dated 29th April, 2016 would not arise and a corrigendum to that effect shall be issued in due course of time, in terms of the said Act.

3. In view of the said statement of the learned Advocate General, nothing survives in the above petition. The petition stands,
